The St. Louis Blues announced today that they have cut the roster from 41 to 29 by sending 12 players to the Peoria Rivermen.
Jonathan Cheechoo, T.J. Hensick, Brett Sterling, Jake Allen, Jay Barriball, Mark Cundari, Cade Fairchild, Kyle Hagel, Anthony Nigro, Anthony Peluso, Brett Ponich and Danny Syvret were the victims of today’s round of roster cuts. All twelve will be headed to the Blues top affiliate team in the American Hockey League, the Peoria Rivermen.
