Chris Stewart Scores 100th Career Goal and 100th Career Assist with St. Louis Blues

It would only be fitting that Chris Stewart would score his 100th career goal against his former team, the Colorado Avalanche.  Heading into Tuesday night’s matchup, Chris Stewart had 99 goals and 99 assists.  Leading up to the game it certainly felt like history was going to be made by Stewart and he did not fail to deliver.  Stewart would get his goal on a deflection of Jay Bouwmeester‘s shot while in front of the net and would get his assist on a goal by Andy McDonald.  Stewart left the game with 200 career points.
