For the second time tonight, the St. Louis Blues traded up in the draft.

After doing so to draft William Carrier in the 2nd round, the Blues acquired Nashville’s 4th round pick (112) in exchange for the Blues 7th round pick this season and a 4th round pick next season.

The Blues used the pick to draft left winger Zach Pochiro, 19, who was born St. Louis.

Pochiro, a 6′ 1″, 161 lb. winger, played for Prince George of the WHL this past season where he scored 39 points (15 G, 24 A) in 65 games.
