Ryan Miller, Steve Ott Formally Introduced to St. Louis Blues Media

Ryan Miller and Steve Ott are checking off all of their “firsts” as members of the St. Louis Blues. Last night they played in their first game with the team, and earlier today they were formally introduced to members of the St. Louis media for the first time since being traded by the Buffalo Sabres on Friday.

They seemed to be in good spirits following a monster come-from-behind victory over the Phoenix Coyotes. Ott and Miller will play their first contest as Blues at home tomorrow against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The official site of the Blues captured their first interviews in St. Louis. Check them out down below.

This all seems to be happening very quickly for the  newest Blues. They were both parts of the trade rumor circuit just a few days ago. Now they’ve been traded, flown out to Phoenix to play in their first game for St. Louis, and now they’re set to play in their first game as members of the home team at the Scottrade Center.

That’s an intense sequence considering they were traded just three days ago. Regardless, they seem to be settling in as quickly as one would expect, and they’ll be just another part of this Stanley Cup hopeful squad in no time.
