Magnus Paajarvi Injury Update: St. Louis Blues Forward Out Against Predators

Just when things seemed to be turning around for Magnus Paajarvi, he gets injured. It’s unclear at this juncture just how much time the forward will miss with what’s being called an upper-body injury, but we do know that he won’t be in the lineup tonight when the St. Louis Blues take on the Nashville Predators.

Veteran forward Brenden Morrow will draw back into a Blues lineup that hasn’t lost in regulation since February 28 against the Anaheim Ducks.

The timing is especially bad for Paajarvi, who has been playing his best hockey in a St. Louis uniform lately. He has four points in his last six games, which makes up a quarter of his total on the season. Morrow will likely be chomping at the bit after spending St. Louis’ last game against the Edmonton Oilers in the press box.
