After Thursday’s contest against the Edmonton Oilers, it wasn’t clear if Patrik Berglund would be available for the St. Louis Blues. He left in the third period after apparently twisting his knee in some fashion, but he was able to suit up against the Nashville Predators tonight.
Like a lot of St. Louis’ goals lately, Berglund’s tally came after a fast and ferocious forcheck caused a turnover. As the Predators tried to clear their defensive zone, the forward hit the blue line with a full head of steam and took a few Nashville players for a bobsled ride before giving the Blues a 1-0 lead.

This is just another strong example of the team sticking to their game plan no matter who the opponent is.
