Vladimir Tarasenko Spotted On the Ice With Stick in Hand

For the second time in as many days, St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Tarasenko was spotted out on the ice with a stick in his hands. While it was expected that Tarasenko would be able to skate while recovering from his recent hand surgery, it’s a little surprising to see him with a stick already.

If you’re more of a “need to see it to believe it” type…

The Blues haven’t released any new information on Tarasenko recently, but it’s awesome to see him out on the rink so quickly. After all, it was just over a week ago that we were able to spot the youngster sporting what appeared to be a cast around his arm. Tarasenko was originally given a six-week time frame following his surgery.

He underwent the procedure on March 19. Or just over two weeks ago. Again, it’s not clear at this point whether or not his return date has been moved forward, but this is a promising development for the Blues.

Tarasenko is taking part in drills for St. Louis, albeit with limited stick handling.
