The St. Louis Blues pretty much know who will make their 2021 roster. Who plays on what line is still up in the air.

The St. Louis Blues are in an interesting position as the 2021 season is close to beginning. While they might not have a plethora of highly touted prospects any longer, they still have a good amount of depth.

They have younger players that are on cusp of breaking through. They have a solid group of veterans, who are not that old either, that are trying to hold those guys off.

This gives the Blues a decent amount of options. They have a few different ways they could go as far as which players to pair together.

There’s guys that might have the talent to play on the top line that likely won’t just yet. There’s also guys that might get moved higher up just because they fit better with certain teammates as opposed to deserving to be there based on their own merits.

With that in mind, we take a crack at guessing the opening night lineup. With the Blues going with pairs as opposed to trios, it makes figuring that third winger out a little difficult.

Fans will have their own guesses, but that’s half the fun. Let us know how these guesses stack up against yours and why in the comments or on social media.
