American Thanksgiving is upon us, and although many of the St. Louis Blues players celebrated their Thanksgiving in October, there is still plenty to be thankful for.
The season has not started the way anyone imagined. Even in everyone’s worst case scenario, I don’t think anyone predicted the Blues would be in last place when Thanksgiving arrived.
There are many struggles that can and have been pointed out, but in the spirit of Thanksgiving, we are going to focus on some of the positives of being a Blues fan.
St. Louis does not have the most successful history in NHL history, but with recent playoff appearances, the Blues have become one of the more successful regular season teams in the league.
There are things on and off the ice that Blues fans can be thankful for. Some of the most decorated players in the history of the NHL have dawned the Blue note including Wayne Gretzky, and there are a lot of reasons why we can be thankful we are Blues fans.
