On Monday night, there was an award ceremony taking place at the Missouri Country Club in downtown St. Louis. There, a prestigious award was handed out, awarding the most iconic figure in St. Louis sports. This year's winner is none other than Jordan Binnington, and he won it with a historic St. Louis Blues goaltender presenting him the Jack Bucks Award, Mike Liut.

Binnington joins eight other Blues players to win the award, starting with Liut in 1981, then Brett Hull in 1990, and most recently Craig Berube in 2019. The 2025-26 season has not been all that, and a bag of chips for the Blues and especially for Binnington, but things have started to turn around with back-to-back wins in Canada.
This award is another nice addition to No.50's trophy case, and certainly one that he will hold in high regard. The focus now goes to Boston, and the Blues trying to redeem themselves from a few games ago. It is unclear if Binnington will get another start after taking out the Montreal Canadiens, but it should be expected.
