The St. Louis Blues are going to be going through some changes in an important offseason. Could one of those changes be on the front of the jersey along with the new names on the back?
Well, it certainly looks like a strong possibility.
Icethetics, one of the premier outlets for logo and jersey updates, had speculated about a possible change and was on top of the news over the weekend.
The St. Louis Blues' official team store posted photos of new golf shirts available for the summer, but the Blue Note we all know looked a bit different. The Blues quickly took the post down after it was pointed out, which only adds more fuel to the fire.
Here's a look at the leaked logo from Icethetics:

their official team store posted photos of new golf shirts featuring the redrawn Blue Note I speculated could be their new primary mark next season.
after @DizzzyFlores pointed this out, the post suddenly disappeared. 🤔 pic.twitter.com/bxgR83Xcg6
It's subtle, but it's definitely different.
North American colleagues @icethetics are discussing a potential redesign of the @StLouisBlues primary logo. This comes after a recent merch drop featuring the updated logo in the official team store. pic.twitter.com/puN05QnWFE

The Blues haven't gone through many logo changes since joining the NHL in 1967. The iconic Blue Note has always been the focus, with some of the finishing touches changing.
Here's a look at the St. Louis Blues logo over the years via sportslogos.net:
There hasn't been a change to the primary logo in over 15 years, when the shade of gold was changed after the 2007-08 season.
But besides slight changes to blue and then gold, the Blues' logo has had the same shape since 1998. It looks like that could be changing this summer.
