The Blues had nine prospects in the World Juniors Championship, the most out of any NHL team. Some prospects that were participating were well-known, and others were not. Let's take a look at every country's team and see how the prospects did.

Team Czeckia:

Adam Jecho: Jecho had a solid tournament performance. He had two goals, five assists, and seven points in seven games. He was also a +1 in those seven games. According to Elite Prospects, Jecho is described as "a powerful skater who easily links different maneuvers." It sounds like Jecho can be a powerful presence in the Blues lineup sooner rather than later.

Jakub Stancl: Stancl had a heck of a tournament. His seven goals, three assists, and ten points in nine games were among the tournament leaders. He finished with the most goals in the tournament and the second most points. He was a fourth-round pick in the 2023 draft. According to Elite Prospects, Stancl is described as someone who can "bulldoze his way through defenders to pick up loose pucks."

Adam Jiricek and Ondrej Kos: Both Jiricek and Kos were draft picks by the Blues this past year. They both registered one goal each in the tournament. They're both a few years away from the NHL, but it was nice to know they both got on the score sheet,

Team Sweden:

Otto Stenberg: Stenberg scored two goals in the semifinals against Finland. He ended his tournament with three goals, five assists, and eight points.

Theo Lindstein: Lindstein had a solid World Juniors tournament with four assists in seven games. There wasn't a particular thing that stood out about his performance, but his calming presence and smart decision- making on the ice is refreshing to see.

Team Slovakia:

Dalibor Dvorsky: The prospect everyone is talking about had a pretty good tournament. Five goals, four assists, and nine points in five games is great production. About the type of production you expect from one of the Blues top prospects.

Juraj Pekarcik: Pekarcik had a solid tournament as well. He had three goals, four assists, and seven points. Another solid prospect in the making.

Honorable mentions:

Colin Ralph: The lone American prospect had just one assist in the tournament. However, he won the gold medal with Team USA. I'm sure you won't hear him complaining about that.
