As the closing weeks of the 2024-25 regular season continue to roll along, the St. Louis Blues are ending this rollercoaster of a season on a high note. Tonight, they face the Nashville Predators for the second of three meetings this week.

The Blues defeated the Predators on 3/18, 4-1 with backup goaltender Joel Hofer in the net. This time, it is unclear who will be minding the blue crease.

These two teams have one more meeting on 3/27.

Staying hot

The Blues are red hot right now, and it is at the perfect time. With 11 games remaining, they have a chance to carry this win streak right into the playoffs.

One of the top players as of late, has been Dylan Holloway, who has a six-game point streak going. With three goals and seven assists during the point streak, he has tied Robert Thomas for the second-most points on the team with 57. This has been an incredible season for Holloway, and he will be relied on heavily in the playoffs.

Dvorsky call-up

The big story of this game, besides the fact that the Blues can get their sixth win in a row, is the call-up of the highly anticipated forward, Dalibor Dvorksy. The move comes after Pavel Buchnevich was slated as day-to-day with an illness. It has not been confirmed if Dvorsky will be making his NHL debut in tonight’s matchup with the Predators.

Do the Blues give Dvorsky some training wheels and play him on third/fourth line minutes? Or, do they see what they have by sending him right into the top-six?

The puck drop will be at 5:00 PM CT.
