As the announcements for the 2026 Olympic Ice Hockey teams start to roll out, now is a great time to see which members of the St. Louis Blues will get the nod. Each country has selected six players to start, with more to be announced at a later date.

Here are the teams so far.

There is one player that has been selected for the Blues, and that is Alexandre Texier for Team France

So, it begs to ask the question of which Blues players will be appearing in the Olympics. Let's go over three guarantees and three possibilities.

Guarantees

The three guarantees from the Blues to the Olympics are as follows. It should be Colton Parayko and Jordan Binnington for Team Canada and Jimmy Snuggerud for Team USA.

Binnington and Parayko were a part of the Canadian team that won the Four Nations Face-off, so they're very likely going to be going again. Each of the four teams that played in that tournament will be nearly identical for the Olympics.

Snuggerud is going to be a lock for Team USA as he has already shown to be a highly skilled up-and-comer. If given the nod, this could catapult his young career into superstardom.

Possibles

Outside of those three, there are another bunch of Blues players that might see their name called for the Olympic games. These are the best possible.

Dalibor Dvorsky for Slovaka, and Jordan Kyrou alongside Robert Thomas for Canada.

Dvorksy was the captain of the Slovakia World Junior team and shined. He was fantastic for the AHL affiliate Springfield and made his NHL debut with the Blues on March 23. He can see a place on Slovakia’s roster, and just like Snuggerud, can really use the experience against the world's best.

Thomas and Kyrou have a good chance, but a rather difficult one. Team Canada is stacked with probably the greatest roster in tournament-style hockey history, and they might not make the cut. With Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby, and Nathan MacKinnon being the highlights of the team, their supporting cast is just as good. If given the chance, both Thomas and Kyrou can make an impact for Team Canada.
