The first game of an important four-game homestand for the Blues starts tonight. They will be playing the Anaheim Ducks at 7:00 CST. Here are three players to watch for in tonight's game.

1. Cam Fowler

This is a pretty obvious one. Cam Fowler will be playing in his first game against his old team since getting traded to the Blues. Fowler played 991 games for Anaheim, totaling 96 goals, 361 assists, and 457 points.

Fowler has been very good since coming to St. Louis, so it'll be interesting to see what he looks like tonight against his former team. Fowler has nine points in 12 games with St. Louis and is a +3 on the ice. He's everything the Blues could've hoped for.

2. Troy Terry

Troy Terry has been one of the Ducks' most productive players for a few seasons now. This year is no different. In his last five games, Terry has four goals, three assists, and seven points. He's scoring at a pretty good rate right now, and the Blues will have to stop him.

Keep an eye out for Frank Vatrano as well. He recently signed an extension with the Ducks and is their second-best scorer this year. A little two in one section here for the Ducks.

3. Joel Hofer

Joel Hofer needs to have a good game tonight. His last start against Columbus was rough, as he gave up five goals. St. Louis hasn't been getting consistent goaltending so far in January, as trend that needs to start tonight.

The Anaheim Ducks are as good of a team to face to get back on track. They rank 31st out of 32 teams in the NHL in offense. They're averaging just 2.53 goals per game. The Blues need to win tonight in the worst of ways, and it starts with Joel Hofer.
