The St. Louis Blues have been trying to find their identity over the last couple of seasons, to no avail. But, they found success in 2024-25, and have established themselves as a potential contender in the Western Conference for years to come.
With a new coach, new superstars and a fan base that is once again 100% totally invested in this team, why not shake things up a bit?
A rebrand is very possible with nearly every NHL team, outside of the Original Six. With the Blues, it won’t be like the Arizona Coyotes turning Utah Mammoth or the Atlanta Thrashers turning Winnipeg Jets.

Leaked rebrand
There has been a leak floating around social media of a new logo and/or jerseys for the Blues. It is subtle change, nothing too drastic and it goes along with the new direction of this franchise.
The sleeker and more aggressive style Blue Note could be introduced this summer before the start of the 2025-26 season. Side-by-side it is noticeable but not crazy different.
Why it is a good thing…
This is a good thing for this organization as it enters a new generation of star players. The current logo, which has been used since 2009, has been a staple. But that is the past, and if this team wants to push forward into the future, a new logo would give them a much-needed confidence boost.
Outside of the logo, the jerseys might also be getting an overhaul as well. There have been rumors swirling that the Winter Classic uniforms from years past, as well as the retro and reverse retro jerseys, will be making more appearances next season.
A new exclusive Jersey for the 2025-26 season has not been discussed, but still could be in play with the very real possibility of a new logo. This team is a fringe playoff contender, with an upside that could land them in the Western Conference Finals or beyond in the next few seasons.
