The Olympics are getting set to take place on Wednesday, with a couple of games featuring some of your favorite St. Louis Blues players. For a complete breakdown of who is playing when, check it out here.

The five representatives have practiced with their respective home nation brethren, and now, we will all see the finished product on the ice. All 12 nations are fighting for a chance at a gold medal, and undoubtedly, the team that does win it all will send their players back home with a giant smile on their faces.

There is one word that each of the Blues players should have on their minds for the duration of this tournament. This word will help push them through the games, and they can even bring it back to the ‘Lou with them. Who knows, it might help that player completely turn their 2025-26 regular season around, as well as the Blues' season as a whole.

Colton Parayko - Completion

It is obvious that something has been missing from Colton Parayko’s game this season for the Blues. Outside of the lack of offensive production, he has been incomplete. He has to find himself and make himself completely whole during this tournament, as he will be heavily relied on by Team Canada.

Jordan Binnington - Revival

Speaking of being heavily relied on, all eyes are on goaltender Jordan Binnington. This season has painted a picture of despair and uncertainty for No.50, and many are calling for his head on a spike in St. Louis. He must use these games, much like he did during the Four Nations face-off last season, to revive his year.

Pius Suter - Durability

Pius Suter just came back from injury a handful of games ago, and his health has been inconsistent at times this season. He has to make it out of this tournament healthy and ready to roll once the regular season returns.

Philip Broberg - Ascension

Defenseman Philip Broberg just signed a brand new extension for the Blues and will be a pivotal part of their future plans. He was also selected amongst a premier group of defensemen for the Swedish squad. This is a great chance for him to ascend his game and his name to the next level.

Dalibor Dvorsky - Emergence

Would you look at that, the 20-year-old kid from Zvolen, Slovakia got the nod for Team Slovakia at the 2026 Olympics. Dalibor Dvorsky has a chance to emerge on a grand stage, much like he did in the World Juniors over the last couple of years. He can push up against the biggest competition in the world and gain immeasurable experience while he is at it.
