The St. Louis Blues are currently on a five-game losing streak. After getting dismantled by Detroit for the second time in a week, General Manager Doug Armstrong has decided to try and make a change.
In need of a fresh face, Dalibor Dvorsky gets a chance to make his 2025-26 Blues debut as he was called up from Springfield. The 20-year-old forward leads the Thunderbirds with three goals and two assists on the year for five points.
At the moment, with Jake Neighbours out for the next five weeks, and there is no timetable for a return for Robert Thomas. This call up will help ease the bottom-six, and likely push Nick Bjugstad and Oskar Sundqvist back together on the third-line with Dylan Holloway. Leaving Nathan Walker and Alexei Toropchenko on the fourth-line with incoming Dvorsky. The next lineup is not set in stone, but those two lines make the most sense.
Appearing in two games last season, Dvorsky gets another opportunity to make an everlasting impression on head coach Jim Montgomery, Armstrong, and the rest of the front office.
