The entire National Hockey League landscape is about to change in the next 24 hours. With the Trade Deadline nearly here, teams are starting to ramp up trade packages and moves to either sell or buy.

The St. Louis Blues are trending toward the direction of selling, as there has been a near-definitive deal for defenseman Colton Parayko heading to Buffalo. That is still awaiting the players decision, as No, 55 has a No-Trade Clause attached to his contract and he needs to waive it to make it happen.

Let's fly around all of the rumors and rumblings from both the Blues, and the rest of the NHL.

Blues News

Robert Thomas, who was linked in a trade with Buffalo prior to the Parayko event, now has to find a new suitor. Utah has been heavily linked, and they could circle back around after they traded for Mackenzie Weegar to help their blue line. Their championship window is slowly opening, and Thomas could fling that thing wide open.

The Blues actually played a game amid all of this trade deadline madness, and beat the Seattle Kraken, 3-2. It was a late game for everyone outside of the Pacific Time zone, but it was well worth it as captain Brayden Schenn stole the show with three assists. Did he just boost his trade value heading into the final 24 hours?

For goaltender Jordan Binnington, a Canadian team has been heavily linked. The Montreal Canadiens are looking to help their goaltending, and after No. 50's outstanding performance in the Olympics, he is a great option for them in the short-term.

NHL News

Washington Capitals forward Nic Dowd is now on the move to Vegas for a second-round pick in 2029, a third-round pick in 2027, and goaltender Jesper Vikman. In a close Pacific Division race, the Golden Knights might have gotten their best chess piece to get ahead.
