I have been Bleedin' Blue since the late 70s, but became a real hockey fan after the Miracle on Ice, like many Americans. I have played the sport, and still do just slower, for years. Coached youth hockey at all levels from mite to midgets, and have been a continuing student of the game throughout. While I no longer live in St. Louis, I am just a short car ride down 44 in Springfield.
